42例急性胰腺炎的超声诊断体会

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Method:Collected and analyzed the sonogram of 42 patients which were diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. Result:Among the 42 patients who had been clinically diagnosed,there were 28 of acute edematous pancreatitis,10 of acute necrotizing pancreatitis,4 of pancreas showed unclear. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical diagnosis attained 90.5%. Conclusion:Ultrasonography is an important method in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,and it has important guiding significance for acute pancreatitis in early diagnosis,timely treatment and prognosis.关键词
