Abstract
Objective:To summarize the master of acute leukemia clinical features of infection.Method:The patient infection rates,risk factors,pathogens,and other aspects of 66 cases of concurrent infections in patients with acute leukemia were analyzed.Result:The leukemia infection rate of patients was 92.4 percent,of which the proportion of gram-negative bacteria cause infection was 47.5%,gram-positive cocci cause infection ratio of 41%,the proportion of fungal infection resulted 11.5%;patients prone the site of infection to the upper respiratory tract,lung and oral cavity. This discovery through clinical investigation,infection factors were often the same age,and other factors related to treatment and pathogens had a direct relationship,in addition to the degree of bone marrow hyperplasia and the number of granulocytes also had an important impact on the infection. Conclusion:Acute leukemia patients are prone to infection in high-risk groups should be fully attention.关键词
