摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the surgical technique and effectiveness of arthroscopic treatment for lateral discoid meniscus injury.Method:Eighty patients with lateral discoid meniscus injuries underwent arthroscopic treatment were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012, a total of 96 knee.All patients underwent arthroscopic discoid meniscus formed suture,subtotal resection,discoid meniscus resection,postoperative early recovery training and joint activities actively.Result:All incisions healed primarily. Normal activities in patients with 3-4 weeks after operation,80 patients were successfully followed up,the follow-up time ranged from 12 to 18 months,average(15.2±0.8)months.Conclusion:Treatment of lateral discoid meniscus injury under arthroscopy has the advantages of minor trauma,satisfactory results,precise resection or repair meniscus,preservation of more meniscus structure and function,and low incidence rate of osteoarthritis.If the operation is combined with standard rehabilitation training,the short-term effectiveness can be enhanced.关键词
