Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the curative effect of laparoscopy versus open surgery for treatment of acute appendicitis. Method:110 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was given laparoscopy and control group was given open surgery,then analyzed the effects of the two groups. Result:The peri-operative bleeding,meal time after surgery,pain time,analgesic rate,anorectum exhaust time,hospitalization time,and complication rate of the laparoscopy group were significant better than those of the open surgery group(P<0.05). However,there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,the laparoscopy for treatment of acute appendicitis has many advantages,including safety, minimal invasion,quick recovery,and few complications,it can be as preferred method to treat acute appendicitis.关键词
