Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,and provide information for clinical practice. Method:120 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The routine cardiotonic and diuretic were used in both groups,besides this,the observation group was added with metoprolol for six months. The improvement of heart function and left ejection fraction were compared. Result:Both the total effective rate and excellence effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference between them(P<0.05),and the left ejection fraction increased significantly. Conclusion:Using metoprolol on the basis of the routine treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic for chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function and left ejection fraction,and its clinical effect is definite and safe.关键词
