Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of postoperative rehabilitation guidance and nursing intervention of lumbar disc herniation. Method:50 disc herniation patients who had been treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group,each group had 25 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation and nursing intervention,then the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result:The excellent and good rate of patients in the control group was 92.0%,and in the observation group was 80.0%. Compared to the control group,the excellent rate of patients in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Postoperative rehabilitation guidance and nursing intervention of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.关键词
