摘要

Abstract

Objective:To integrative the clinical efficacy of early postoperative enteral nutrition after the surgery of esophageal cancer. Method:80 patients with this disease were treated with enteral nutrition preparations produced by Nutricia Holland Company through duodenal nutrition tube after the surgery. Nutrition indicators such as body quality,serum protein,hemoglobin,total protein were observed. Nutrition complications were also observed. Result:All the nutrition indicators of the patients after the treatment showed no significant difference compared with the nutrition indicators before the surgery. No serious complications were occurred. Conclusion:Early postoperative enteral nutrition after the surgery of esophageal cancer is safe,feasible and has no complications. It is helpful to the recovery of patients.
