摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct a mode of nursing in department of orthopedics painless ward and improve pain management concept of nurses, in order to improve painless nursing service quality. Method:356 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group(n=178)accepted traditional postoperative pain control and experimental group accepted the painless ward standardized pain management,compared effect of pain control between the two groups after operation. Result:Experimental group average pain score(2.4±1.0)was lower than control group(5.1±0.9)(P<0.05). Patients’ average hours of sleep time in experimental group was longer than those in the control group,and satisfaction is higher either. Experimental group patients satisfaction for pain control is higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Creating a painless nursing ward department of orthopedics and implementing of standardized pain management Improves the nurses’ pain management knowledge and skills ,finally improves the patient satisfaction because high Painless nursing service quality.关键词
