经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌症的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis. Method:To retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic features of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosed as adenomyosis in 52 cases and compared the preoperative and postoperative pathological result. Result:There were 45 cases who were diagnosed adenomyosis by transvaginal ultrasound were proved after operation by pathology,and the coincidence rate was 86.5%. The other 7 cases were proved uterine leiomyoma by pathology after operation. Conclusion:The transvaginal ultrasonography has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis,which is a convenient and feasible method.关键词
