Abstract
Objective:To explore and discuss the ischemic stroke risk factors of imaging detection. Method:20 cases were chosen as observation group,the patients were severe carotid stenosis lesions and symptoms from April 2011 to April 2012. The contrast group contained 20 healthy volunteers. CTA evaluated narrow plaque and degree of stenosis,CT perfusion did cerebral hemodynamic status. To recall the relevant information. Result:In the observation group,CT scanned 12 patients with 16 cerebral infarction,and there were unilateral cavity Terrier/cerebral infarction in 7 cases,2 cases with bilateral basal ganglia lacunes,3 cases with bilateral patchy cerebral infarction. All lesions showed 8 cases. There were carotid artery in 40,internal carotid artery 5 moderate stenosis,severe stenosis 12,occlusion 11. In 20 patients,carotid artery lesions SLR for 5 patients,others were much more vascular lesion. Analysis of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery stenosis characteristics,divided into mixed plaque,soft plaque and calcified plaque,soft plaque CT values had changed greatly,as-8 to 80 HU. Cerebral CT perfusion group side showed symmetry,left and right hemisphere of brain perfusion showed 14 cases of asymmetric in observation group. Conclusion:With the help of combination of multi-CTA and CT perfusion feasible comprehensive,many factors leading to increasing risk of stroke can be analyzed,including the aortic arch,carotid and intracranial vascular lesions evaluation,which improves the prediction of the risk of stroke significantly,accompanied bycerebral hemodynamics in patients with impaired can improve the level of diagnosis, provided an accurate reference for the clinical treatment.关键词
