摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze ultrasound imaging features of gastrointestinal obstruction of fetal ultrasound in the diagnosis of the summary. Method:91 cases of prenatal ultrasound were selected in our hospital 2260 fetus digestive tract dilatation under:23-25 weeks of gestation in 30 cases, 30-32 in 30 cases,38-40 in 31 cases of three groups,and closely tracking obstruction occurrence and development. Result:The ultrasound fetal gastrointestinal obstruction of mainly for intestinal duct dilatation and associated malformations,its performance had increased amniotic fluid,intestinal contents and was associated with fetal ascites,finally confirmed the lower digestive tract malformation in 8 cases(8.7%),83 cases(91.2%)bowel dilatation for once,no adverse perinatal results. Conclusion:The dynamic changes of gastrointestinal obstruction under the objective analysis of the fetus has important guiding significance in clinical obstetrics.关键词
