脑原发性淋巴瘤的MRI影像学特征

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze MRI features of Primary intracerebral Lymphoma and improve the accurate diagnostic rate of the disease. Method:MRI findings of 20 patients with pathologically proved Primary Brain Lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Result:There were 14 cases with single lesion and 6 cases with multiple lesions. The lesions of 17 cases distributed in supratentorium and of 3 cases in inferiortentorium. The total cases showed 28 lesions altogether. All cases were pathologically non-Hodgkin’s B cell type. On MRI,slightly hypointense on T1-weighted images and isointense or slightly hyperintense on T2-weighted images. There were severe peritumoral edema and space occupying effect of 8 lesions. Most lesions showed Obvious homogenous enhancement on MRI. Conclusion:MRI performance of primary brain lymphoma has certain characteristic,to analyze its imaging characteristics and combine with clinical orientation can form A diagnosis.关键词
