26例良性前列腺增生并发膀胱结石的微创治疗

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical safety and efficacy of transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)combined ultrasonic pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with bladder calculi. Method:26 patients of BPH with bladder calculi in September 2008-October 2010 in our hospital were selected ,TURP combined ultrasonic lithotripsy in treatment. Observed the surgical treatment effect. Result:The surgery of all patients were successed,no significant postoperative complications occurred. In the 1~6 months follow-up,the IPSS score was(8.0±2.2) points,the quality of life score(1.5±0.6)points,the average maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)(14.7±1.3)mL/s. The above indicators compared with before the operation differences statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The management including TURP combined ultrasonic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of BPH patients with bladder stones can save the operation time,less blood loss volume,shorter the time of hospital stay,and effectively improves patient urination and quality of life. It is a safe,effective and minimally invasive surgical method,especially for high-risk patients.关键词
