臭氧气浴与大自血联合治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床应用与护理配合
Clinical application and nursing coordination of ozone air bath combined with large self-blood in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect and nursing coordination value of ozone air bath combined with large self-blood in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods One hundred patients with diabetic foot ulcers were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the nursing method, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups were given conventional therapy combined with ozone therapy, on the basis of which the observation group was given additional positive nursing coordination. Results The total response rate of the treatment group was 98.0%,which was higher than the 94.0% of the control group,with no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05). The two groups had no statistically significant differences in the knowledge of diabetes,attitude and behavior scores (P>0.05) before the nursing,but had significant differences in the above scores after the nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion Ozone air bath combined with large self-blood shows good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,and positive nursing intervention is conducive to improving the patients' level of knowledge, attitude and behavior, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
