陈渭良伤科油预防甘露醇致静脉损伤的应用研究
Application research on Chen Weiliang traumatology oil preventing mannitol induced venous injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of ChenWeiliang traumatology oil preventing mannitol induced venous injury. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group in 60 cases and control group in 60 cases.The observation group was used ChenWeiliang traumatology oil external application and massage above the puncture needle tip into the blood vessels,while the control group was not used external application and massage. Results The pain degree of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01);The pain severity of pain parts reduced significantly,the total pain rate of observation group was 18.3%,and the control group was 51.7%,the total pain rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion ChenWeiliang traumatology oil easing mannitol induced venous injury has good effect,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical.关键词
