摘要

Abstract

Objective To find lily flower of flavonoids compounds in thick best extraction technology. Methods To solid-liquid ratio,alcohol concentration,extraction temperature,extracting time for the reflux extraction four factors,by single factor experiment,and the orthogonal experiment,finally obtained the reflux extraction method of lily flower of flavonoids compounds in thick best extraction technology;The ultrasonic extraction technology. Results Draw reflux extraction best extraction process:solid-liquid ratio is 60 mL,extraction temperature of 95 ℃,alcohol concentration is 95%,and the extraction time of 2.5 h.The ultrasonic extraction of extracting time for 40 minutes,alcohol concentration is 90%,and the solid-liquid ratio is 60 mL in the highest efficiency extraction. Conclusion Reflux extraction higher than the ultrasonic extraction.
