摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of alendronate sodium on the postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods From March 2009 to June 2012,160 poemrenopaueal Chinese women with established osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group(n=80) and control group(n=80). The patients in 2 group were both given Calcium gluconate 6mg every day and alfacaloidol 0.25μg once a day. 70 mg per week alendmnate were used to the patients in treatment group in addition. BMD in lumbar spine, total hip were measured. Results Alendronate therapy produced a significant increase in BMD at the lumber spine and total hip in 3 years. Conclusion Allen phosphonate sodium has a food elficacy for postmenopausal osteoporosis.关键词
