摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on cardiac protection in patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 80 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,each group consisting of 40 cases.The experimental group adminstrated loading dose dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg/kg in 5 min,then maintained at a rate of 0.02 μg/kg/h by intravenous infusion,but control group applied the same volume of normal saline. Results The time of restore breathing,eye opening and extubation in experimental groupwere significantly less than that in control group (P < 0.05).The cTnI values postoperative 10 hours and 24 hours were significantly higher than those before anesthesia (P < 0.05),but that in control group significant increased (P < 0.01). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine scheduled for patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,can decrease recovery time,and protects myocardial function.关键词
