Abstract
Objective To realize the danger of abortion, master the methods of contraception, and reduce repeat abortion rate, through the nursing intervention in patients with artificial abortion. Methods Selected from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital accepted abortion surgery of 1140 cases, which were divided into observation group and control group, after 1, 3, 6 months follow-up, compared two groups of women of contraceptive knowledge, whether insisted to use contraceptive method in time and a half years repeated an unwanted pregnancy abortion. Results The accidental pregnancy rate of observation group within a half years was 0, significantly lower than the control group (16.2%), P < 0.05. The rate of contraception knowledge, timely insisted on contraception utilization respectively was 98.5%, 100%, which was significantly higher than the control group, the difference has statistics significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through effective nursing intervention, can allow women physically and psychologically from artificial abortion operation back to normal as soon as possible, in a timely manner carry out the appropriate contraception measures, prevent recurrence of an unwanted pregnancy, decrease the rate of repeat traffic, at the same time can reduce patient discomfort and surgery complications and lighten the doctors working pressure, improve patient satisfaction.关键词
