Abstract
In this paper, according to one pregnancy complicated with asthma patient's clinical symptoms, signs and disease history,she was given positive control asthma symptoms and treated complications at the same time. The medication was analysised. The drug therapy for patients with pregnancy period with asthma was summarizes. According to patients age, pregnancy, family's asthma history, previous asthma history, drug history, drug (food) on allergic history et al,comprehensive evaluation was done. Blind medication was avoided. Rational drug choice was selected to treating complications, to reduce the impact on mothers and infants. Pregnant women's illness was treated with systemic corticosteroid, fetus's illness was treated with dexamethasone. Hormone should not be reduced, which could be used until delivery. According to the asthma symptoms attack severity, the drug type and dosage was selected, slight patient was treated with low dosage, serious person was treated with high dose inhaled drug, while strengthening the education of medication pregnant women, try to reduce the number of asthma during pregnancy.关键词
