摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The clinical data of 262 cases with thoracolumbar fractures underwent posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital from October 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The nerve function,vertebral wedge variable exponent,spinal kyphosis Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment before and after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with before the surgery,the nerve function,vertebral height,Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment of 262 patients after posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation had significant improvement,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures has significant effect and is an effective treatment way for thoracolumbar fractures.关键词
