中央角膜厚度与正常眼压性青光眼的临床相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship between central corneal thickness and normal tension glaucoma. Methods Clinic data of 100 patients who sought medicine from June 2010 to February 2012 were collected.Among them,50 normal healthy people were selected as control group,and 50 patients with normal-tension glaucoma were chose as observation group.Central corneal thickness were detected by ultrasound and compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,the average central corneal thickness was (534.2 ±30.2)μ m,while in the observation group the average central corneal thickness was (541.5 ±31.4)μm.There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05),no statistical significance). In accordance with the progress of normal tension glaucoma disease ,central corneal thickness in patients with mild disease were normal,while in patients with moderate disease the corneal thickness were thin,in patients with severe disease the corneal thickness were thick which implied the negative relation. Conclusion Compared with control group,no significant difference in the central corneal thickness was found in patients with normal tension glaucoma.The central corneal thickness was positive related with the progression of normal pressure glaucoma.关键词
