肺炎支原体感染患儿T细胞亚群的变化与分析OA
Changes of levels of T lymphocyte subsets in pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia
目的观察支原体肺炎患儿T细胞亚群水平的变化，探讨其在支原体肺炎发病中的作用，为肺炎支原体肺炎的免疫治疗提供临床依据。方法采用病例对照研究的方法。选择2010年1～12月在本院确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿共25例作为病例组，对照组为同期健康体检儿童共15例。分别检测两组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群指标。结果支原体肺炎患儿外周血 CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T 细胞百分率较对照组低，两组间差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。而两组间CD8+百分率差异无显…查看全部>>
Obiective The study was designed to observe the changes of the levels of Tlymphocyte subsets in the mycoplasma pneumonia,and to explore the possibility of immunotherapy of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.
