Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced enteritis by protein-free hemodialysate. Methods 108 patients withⅡandⅢpelvic tumors were randomly divided into observation group (n=54) and control group (n=54).Patients in observation group received radiotherapy combined with protein-free hemodialysate atomization inspiration,while patients in control group received radiotherapy combined with dexamethasone.Symptoms related to radiation enteritis and serum indexs were observed before and after treatments. Results The levels of C reactive protein (CRP) were increased with the treatment process,CRP growth of observation group was slower than that of control group (P<0.05);the time of occurrence of the first clinical symptoms of rectum of observation group were significantly longer than that of control group (P < 0.05); after the end of radiotherapy,the total effective rate of was 81.48%in observation group were significantly higher than that of 59.26%in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Protein-free hemodialysate can effectively regulate the level of CRP,rectal mucosal immune injury caused by radiotherapy,and delay time of rectal mucosal inflammation.关键词
