Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and clinical analysis of the bronchofiberscopic bronchoalveolar lavage combined with drug injection in the treatment of refractory pneumonia. Methods Seventy-eight patients with refractory pneumonis admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the drawing, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received conventional clinical treatment and the treatment group received additional bronchofiberscopic bronchoalveolar lavage combined with drug injection treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results After the treatment, in the control group,10 patients were remarkably effective,16 patients were effective and 13 patients were ineffective,and in the treatment group,15 patients were remarkably effective,17 patients were effective and only 7 patients were ineffective,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). In addition,no severe complications appeared in the treatment group during the bronchofiberscopic bronchoalveolar lavage combined with drug injection treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of refractory pneumonia, bronchofiberscopic bronchoalveolar lavage has good curative effects and high safety,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
