Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of astragalus injection and Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 156 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in this hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received the routine treatment of western medicine, while patients in the observation group received the combined treatment of astragalus injection and Xueshuantong injection based upon the routine treatment. Results There was the significant difference in the clinical effect and neurologic deficit score before and after the treatment between patients in two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion There is significant clinical effect of combined astragalus injection and Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
