Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction on alcoholic liver disease. Methods 80 patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction, while 40 cases in the control group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline tablet. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 75.0%, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction on alcoholic liver disease has better efficacy, minor side effects, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
