Abstract
Objective To investigate an optimized nursing service process that meets the requirements of the outpatient and emergency transfusion room in order to provide the patients with comprehensive, careful and effective nursing services. Methods The transfusion layout was optimized to improve the transfusion environment. The advanced electronic transfusion management system was used to ensure the transfusion safety. The nurse-patient relationship was optimized to improve the patient satisfaction. Results The basic nursing was enhanced and the patient satisfaction reached up to 99%. Conclusion The medical services for outpatient and emergency patients should be promoted to improve the nurse-patient relationship.关键词
