Abstract
With the increases of the proportion of the young teachers in universities year by year, the improvement of young teacher quality is crucial to create the high level schools and cultivate the high qualified students. In the process of enhance the young teachers’quality and ability, the pre-job trainings and continued educations are needed in the university. Moreover, young teachers should pay attention to raise their professional ethics, to renewal the education concept,to explore teaching methods and to enhance the scientific research ability. According to the characteristics of the medical universities, building up the training system and training goal has promoted young teachers comprehensive quality and ability in medical university.关键词
