Abstract
Objective To explore the application of crisis management in the acute care management. Methods Analyzed the crisis factors and crisis management strategies in acute care. Results Nurses significantly improved crisis sense, work enthusiasm, efficiency and responsiveness all had been improved;After the implementation of crisis management,the hospital's crisis was greatly reduced, the evaluation of patients achieved nurses greatly improved. Conclusion There are many crisis factors in emergency department nursing process,the use of crisis management can largely avoided these crisis factors, it can effectively improve the quality of emergency care, reduce the accident rate, should be actively used.关键词
