Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) levels measurement in the respiratory infectious diseases. Methods 100 patients with respiratory infectious diseases were selected and retrospectively analyzed. The CPR levels, white blood cells(WBC) and temperature(T) were detected by immunoturbidimetry and hematology analyzer.The relationships among serum CRP,WBC and temperature before and after infection control were comparative analyzed.30 healthy people by medical examinations during the same period were set as the control group,and the results were statistically compared. Results The serum CRP levels of patients in respiratory infectious diseases group before the treatment was significantly higher than that after the treatment and healthy control group(P < 0.01).The positive rate of CRP was higher than WBC and temperature. Conclusion The serum CRP detection can be used as a sensitive indicator in respiratory infection diagnosis and therapy assessment.关键词
