摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of anatomical locking plate in treating fracture of surgical neck of humerus. Methods 34 patients with humerus surgical neck fracture were treated with anatomical locking plate treatment.According to the Neer classification:the two part fractures in 6 cases, the three part fractures in 19 cases and the four part fractures in 9 cases. Results No postoperative wound infection,nonunion,internal fixation loosening, humeral head necrosis. Fracture healing time after 1.5 ~ 6 months,mean 2.5 months. According to Neer's grade standard of shoulder function,excellent in 19 cases,good in 11 cases,in 4 cases,no difference in case. The excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusion anatomical locking plate treatment of surgical neck humerus fracture,the complication is low,the fixation strength can reach the requirement of early functional exercise,the treatment is ideal method of surgical neck humerus fracture.关键词
