鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 100 cases in our hospital patients with nasal polyps associated with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into control group (using the traditional radical surgery) and observation group (using endoscopic surgery).The clinical total effective-rate and recurrence-rate of two groups were compared. Results In the control group,total effective rate was 72.0%,recurrence rate was15.47%,in the observation group,total effective rate was 94.0%,recurrence rate was 4.69%,the difference there was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has high cure rate and low recurrence rate.关键词
