Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of the clinical application of anastomat in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-one patients with gastric cancer who received anastomat suture in the radical total gastrectomy or subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital from May 2008 to July 2012 were selected as the observation group. Fifty-one patients with gastric cancer who received manual suture in the radical total gastrectomy or non-total gastrectomy in our hospital from February 2003 to April 2008 were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, anastomotic leak rate and postoperative stenosis or obstruction rate and the life quality rate 6 months after the surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gastric cancer, the application of anastomat has the advantages such as safe and reliable, few complications and fast recovery, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
