Diagnosis and Treatment of Moyamoya Disease Combined with Intracranial Aneurysm
摘要
Abstract
Moyamoya disease combined with intracranial aneurysm may be caused by the hemodynamic changes. Most of its clinical symptoms are different types of intracranial hemorrhage, also can show cerebral ischemia. It can be diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and computed tomography angiography (CTA). According to the distribution of the aneurysms, different treatments can be applied, including surgery or endovascular embolization, but the long-term effects are unclear. In this paper, the possible causes, clinical features and treatment strategies of moyamoya disease combined with intracranial aneurysm were elaborated in order to increase the understanding of this disease.关键词
