Effect of Acupuncture with Intermediate Frequency Electrical Stimulation by Acupoint on Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation by acupoint on stress urinary incontinence .Methods:100 patients were divided into control group ( n=50 ) and treatment group ( n=50 ) .The control group accepted acupuncture therapy and the treatment group accepted intermediate frequency electrical stimulation by acupoint with acupuncture therapy .They were assessed after 30 days of the treatment .Results:The total effective rate was 86%in the treatment group and it was 54% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The efficacy in the treat-ment group was superior to that in the control group .Conclusion:Intermediate frequency electrical stimulation may improve the efficacy of acupuncture on stress urinary incontinence .Intermediate frequency electrical stimu-lation by acupoint with acupuncture therapy is helpful for female stress urinary incontinence .关键词
