电针阳陵泉对慢性炎性低张力胆囊动力学影响的时效规律初步观察
Preliminary Observation of Time-effect Relationship on Gallbladder Dynamics of Chronic Cholecystitis with Low Tension by Electroacupuncture at Yanglingquan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the time-effect relationship on gallbladder dynamics of chronic cholecys-titis with low tension by electroacupuncture ( EA) at Yanglingquan simultaneously .Methods:B-ultrasound de-termination of gallbladder volume at 0 min, 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min and 60 min after EA, observe gallbladder dynamics changes and describe time -effect curve.Results:After EA, the gallbladder volume showed diastolic changes in the first 20 min, and a sinificant systolic and diastolic movement in the next 20 min.Conclusion:The needle retaining time is suggested to be about 40 min and frequency two times per day for low tension repairment of gallbladder dynamics through EA at Yanglingquan .关键词
