摘要

Abstract

Vocational and Technical Education (VET) innovation has become an international focus on teaching and learning process of VET. The majority of practitioners in VET has increasingly become the main body of inno-vation practice, there innovation model of teaching and learning processes nurtured in the practice play a more im-portant role, which can detect the existing innovation theory, fundamentally improve the quality of VET reform, al-though all kinds of experts, academics and policy makers are still the practice lead of VET innovation. So far, the smart intellect of practitioners in VET innovative practices must be fully initiated to overcome the psychological dependence on theorists and managers in the process of innovation change, foster innovative practices culture benefitting practitioners carrying out learning process in the internal VET system.
