Practical Community:a New Interpretation of Skilled Master Studio

Abstract
Skilled master studio is a practical community, essentially. Studio is the carrier of the community .Cog-nitive emotion is a bond of the community. Participate、cooperation、sharing is the mechanism. Practical problems are the foundation. The identification of personnel involved is the mark. The community of skilled master studio is beneficial to develop professional skill, share tacit knowledge and elevate the effectiveness of skilled talent train-ing.关键词
