Abstract
As a very special education group, community education teachers have the special performance and work ability. Critical incidents exist everywhere by different forms in our life and play a very important role in pro-moting individual development. Community education teachers should have the ability to handle Critical incidents skillfully. This paper focuses on helping the community education teachers to explore the use of critical incidents as an opportunity to achieve individual growth and development.关键词
