血清 SDF-1、VEGF 与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性的临床研究
Correlation of serum SDF-1 and VEGF levels with diabetic retinopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum SDF- 1 and VEGF levels with diabetic retinopathy. Methods Fifty nine patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study, including 20 cases without diabetic retinopathy (NDR), 20 cases with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR) and 19 cases with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) , 17 healthy subjects were also included as control group. Serum SDF- 1 and VEGF levels were measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Blood pressure (BP), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (Hb), and serum glucose, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and renal function were measured. Results Serum levels of SDF- 1 and VEGF were elevated in 3 subgroups of diabetic patients com-pared to controls (P<0.01). There were significant differences in serum SDF- 1 levels among NDR, BDR and PDR groups (P<0.01). The levels of SDF- 1 and VEGF were positively correlated with each other (r=0.626, P<0.01). Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that serum levels of SDF- 1 were correlated with course of diabetes and systolic BP (both P<0.01);VEGF levels were correlated with course of diabetes and TC (both P<0.05). Conclusion Serum SDF- 1 and VEGF are correlated with each other, both are closely related to the development and the disease courses of diabetic retinopathy.关键词
