Abstract
Objective To provide references for promoting the rational use of narcotic cancerous analgesics by investigat-ing the service condition of narcotic cancerous analgesics in our hospital. Methods A total of 15673 pieces of narcotic cancerous analgesics prescriptions in our hospital between year 2010 and 2012 were collected. The variety, amount, cost, DDDs and DUI of narcotic drugs were counted and analyzed. Results Narcotic cancerous analgesics consumption increased year by year in our hospital. The amount of morphine sustained-release tablet increased obviously and its DDDs ranked first in all three years. Yet the consumption of weak opioid analgesic like codeine decreased year by year. It had a sharp fall in the amount of Pethidine. The utilization index of morphine was higher than one. Conclusion The use of narcotic cancerous analgesics was basically rational, but there were still some problems. It is still necessary for our hospital to strengthen the training of the rational use of narcotic drugs and administration of the prescriptions.关键词
