长春新碱致麻痹性肠梗阻1例病案分析

摘要
Abstract
On January 10th, 2013, the patient felt jaw pain on the right side without evident inducement. Her unusual re-sults of blood routine examination indicated the diseases of blood system. According to the result of bone marrow, the patient was diagnosed as acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Then the patient was given improved VD chemotherapy scheme, but then she ap-peared paralytic ileus, and immediately had the chemotherapy scheme stopped and corrected measures for paralytic ileus. However the patient died at last. In order to provide ideas for related diagnosis and treatment, we investigated this case in the aspects of the mechanism, pharmacological effects and adverse reactions of vincristine.关键词
