摘要

Abstract

Finite element modeling and validating for structural uncertainty are necessary for the wide existence of the uncertainties in the assemblage process of engineering structures. The multi-case virtual modal tests were done for a set of composite beam structures. The identification and quantification of uncertainty parameters and the model validation were performed via a validated frame of the model. This study shows the difference between the finite element models with and without the consideration of the structural uncertainties, and has provided a reference for similar engineering cases.
