Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Method:The patients of the lung cancer group and normal control group were given the detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen and serum carbohydrate antigen 125 through the ECLIA method.Result:The level of the two kinds of tumor markers in the cancer group was higher than that which in the normal control group(P<0.05).A single tumor marker showed a relatively high particularity but low sensitivity and accuracy,while the sensitivity and accuracy could be greatly improved by the joint detection.Conclusion:Carcinoembryonic antigen and serum carbohydrate antigen 125 are complementary.The combined detection of them can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of lung cancer,and have some clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.关键词
