Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of nursing method of herbal fumigation in treatment of early diabetic foot as the reference.Method:107 cases with diabetic foot were choosed as study object,which were divided into two groups according to the intention,the patients in two groups were given strict control of blood glucose,anti-infection,improving circulation.Observation group was given herbal fumigation,and implementation of high quality nursing.12 weeks later, to observe the changes of ankle brachial index,common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of two groups.Result:Compared with before treatment,common peroneal nerve conduction velocity,ankle brachial index of two groups increased;compared with control group,observation group increased significantly larger, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation treatment of early diabetic foot with herbal,high quality nursing intervention,can play a role in tackling the problem,effectively improve clinical symptoms.关键词
