君迁子实生群体生长性状的相关性和主成分分析
Analysis of the Correlation and Principal Component of One-year-old Diospyros lotus L.Seedling Growth Trait
摘要
Abstract
Objective] The evidence for scientific classification and the early choice of the target trait of Diospyros lotus L.was provided through the experiment in the selection of the core indicators of the characteristics reflecting nutritional growth.[Method] Seven growth characteristics of 500 seedlings of one-year-old Diospyros lotus L.including subterranean stem diameter, plant height, number of lateral branch, number of stem node, internode length and taproot length, number of lateral root within dormant season was analyzed in the correlation among traits and principal component.And the frequency distribution of four aerial traits that were easy to be measured was studied.[Result] The studies showed that even though there was diversity in one-year-old seedlings, there was obvious correlation among traits.[Conclusion] The correlation between the sub-terranean stem diameter, plant height, number of lateral branch and other traits, respectively, is the most significant, which can be used as key growth indicator in early choice and evaluation of target trait traits.关键词
