摘要
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the interaction between MAPK5 and bZIP72.[Method] Two BiFc plasmids (pN-MAPK5 and pC-bZIP72) were constructed, then transfected into onion epidermal cells via gene-gun approach.The interaction between MAPK5 and bZIP72 was examined by confocal laser scanning microscopy.[Result] Yellow fluorescence was observed in the onion epidermal cells transfected with ZmMAPK5 and ZmbZIP72.[Conclusion] This research indicates that ZmMAPK5 and ZmbZIP72 interacts with each other in vivo.关键词
