摘要

Abstract

Objective] The effect of the occurrence of leaf brown spot(Macrophoma sp.) on the Epimedium wushanense growth potential and quality was explored, which would provide the basis for the disease prevention and control.[Method] The disease index, individual plant mor-bidity, leaf morbidity, the height of sick plant, number of branch per plant, leaf quantity, blade width, length of leaf, etc.in the heavy disease-occurring field were randomly investigated.At the same time, the quality of medicinal materials in the samples from the field was tested.The effect of disease on its growth and quality was comparatively analyzed.[Result] The occurrence of disease could weaken the growth of plant height, number of branch and leaf per plant, width and length of leaf, etc., among which, the number of branch suffered the maximum influ-ence, followed by the number of leaf.However, the disease-occurring had not the effect on the leaf as medicinal raw material, the content of epi-medin C and icariin in stem and root.[Conclusion] The quality of Epimedium wushanense as medicinal raw material is not affected by the dis-ease-occurring of leaf brown spot, but the disease-occurring of leaf brown spot resultes in the Epimedium wushanense plant growth potential-weak-ening, so, in the biological yield of Epimedium wushanense is enormously impacted while the disease occurres.
