摘要
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study the control effect of using Aphidius gifuensis to control Myzus persicae and aphid-transmitted virus. [Method] Three treatments were set up to study the control effect on Myzus persicae, including Aphidius gifuensis, chemical pesticide and without using any prevention methods.[Result] The results showed that using sheds to breeding A.gifuensis and continually releasing them into the field could effectively relieve the increase of M.persicae populations in tobacco field.After releasing A.gifuensis by labour to control M.persicae, the proportion of individuals with aphids reduced to 3.5% from 14.4% before releasing, the average individual with aphids quantity of tobacco plant with aphids reduced to 104.0head /plant from 18.7 head /plant.By using A.gifuensis to control M.persicae, the decline rate of aphids was 74.82%, the control effect was 86.04%, aphid-transmitted virus was controlled very well, and the decline rate of disease index was 73.07%. [Conclusion] A.gifuensis has significant effect to control M.persicae and aphid-transmitted virus, and can reduce cost .关键词
